The ongoing protests sparked by the death of George Floyd, Regis Korchinski-Paquet and countless other Black people are a result of centuries of violence funded and perpetrated by the state. To be silent for the sake of convenience is to be complicit in that violence.
Please use whatever platform and moneys you have at your disposal to support organizations and individuals who are working to combat anti-Black racism, police brutality and systemic oppression. Amplify Black voices by sharing and most importantly listening.
